This policy applies to all orders except for certain specialized items (listed below) and is designed with our target audience of serious cyclists, mountain bikers, gravel riders, and e-bike owners in mind.
Return Timeframe
You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items from our product range cannot be returned:
- Bremsflüssigkeit (Brake fluid)
- Cleats & Schuhplatten (Used cleats and shoe plates)
- Entlüftungskits (Bleeding kits, if opened)
- Any customized or special-order items
Additionally, items marked as „final sale“ at the time of purchase cannot be returned.
Step-by-Step Return Process

- Provide Details: Include the following information in your email:

- Item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
- Whether you prefer an exchange or refund
- Receive Authorization: Our team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 1-2 business days.
- Package Your Item: Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging with the RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product).
Refund Process
